According to the tone in the 'Column of Apology', the author was still trying to blame his responsibility on others. He didn't obey the administrators' arrangements. Conversely, he was trying to inflame them by his behaviour. That was really disappointing.
The things occurred proved that his apology was just a shameless lie. His attempt is to ruin the unity of our website. I will not believe him any more. I hadn't made up my mind whether I'll ban him or not yesterday. But now, I have to warn him: I can't rule out the possibility of banning him in any moment.
